Whether you're navigating stress, grief, trauma, or relationship issues, our goal is to help you build resilience, clarify your values, and develop coping strategies. Together, we’ll work on overcoming life’s challenges, empowering you to create positive change and move forward with confidence.
Parent Support Group
This group offers a caring space for parents of neurodiverse children to connect, share, and learn. Whether supporting children with ADHD, autism, or other challenges, parents can discuss concerns, gain practical tools, and find emotional support to strengthen family bonds.
Parent Management Training
Parent Management Training offers support to build stronger family dynamics. Through one-on-one sessions, parents learn effective strategies to guide their children while also caring for themselves. Our approach fosters better communication, promotes healthy behaviors, and creates a more peaceful home environment. Parents gain confidence in handling challenges and nurturing positive family relationships.
Neuropsychological Evaluation
Neuropsychological evaluations provide valuable insights into your cognitive strengths and areas for growth. We evaluate skills like memory, attention, problem-solving, and emotional functioning to help guide diagnoses and personalized treatment plans. Specializing in neurodevelopmental conditions like ADHD, learning disabilities, and autism, we aim to provide clarity and direction.
Adult Autism Support Group
This weekly group is for adults with autism, especially those diagnosed later in life. Each session covers topics like relationships, household management, and conflict resolution. It provides a supportive space to share experiences, connect with others, and build a strong sense of community.
Neurofeedback
Neurofeedback is a non-invasive, drug-free therapy that helps the brain regulate its activity by creating new neural pathways. Using rewarding feedback like movie clips or music, it trains the brain to produce more regulated brainwaves, improving mental health and cognition. It effectively treats ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, helping you feel balanced and in control.
