Lindsay Klimik, PsyD
Director

Dr. Klimik is a licensed psychologist and neuropsychologist. She specializes in neuropsychological assessment, a tool to understand how brain-based differences affect a person’s everyday functioning.

Dr. Klimik specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of neurodevelopmental conditions such as autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and learning disabilities. 

 

Dr. Klimik works with toddlers to adults across the lifespan to provide answers and a blueprint for treatment. She works with individuals with a wide range of psychological and emotional difficulties, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, childhood behavioral problems, grief, and difficulties coping with life’s challenges.

Talya Bauer, LPC
Director of Therapeutic Services

Talya is a Licensed Professional Counselor who aims to provide a warm and safe environment for children, adolescents, parents, and families. She has over 10 years of experience working with children and families in a therapeutic setting. She is an advocate for seeking support when clients feel overwhelmed and strives to uplift her clients, create innovative solutions, and work towards positive outcomes. 

 

Her clinical approach is evidence-based with a strong focus on strengths-based and client-centered therapy. As a clinician who works with the family system, she uses age-appropriate humor and candor to align with her clients and help the entire family to engage in their work together. Influenced by years of swim coaching, she incorporates movement into her holistic approach to wellness.

Jamie Pagdonsolan, LCSW
Community Outreach Coordinator

Jamie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working in residential, hospital, and school settings. She has a passion for working with children, adolescents, and families to empower them to find their own personal version of success, whatever that means to them. While Jamie utilizes evidence-based modalities that are person-centered and strengths-based in nature, she emphasizes humanness, compassion, and connection. ​

 

Jamie is a strong advocate for her clients. She finds collaborative ways to uplift them in discovering different strategies to cope with life’s everyday stressors. Jamie finds it imperative to create an atmosphere that is warm, welcoming, and a safe space where her clients feel heard. Jamie’s mission is to empower her clients to find their own sense of self and looks forward to witnessing the steady progress her clients make.

Tali Frankfort, PsyD

Dr. Frankfort is a licensed psychologist and neuropsychologist. She specializes in neuropsychological evaluation of children, adolescents, and young adults with a wide range of conditions that impact learning, behavior, and social-emotional functioning, including attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), learning disorders, and autism spectrum disorder. ​

 

Dr. Frankfort strives to foster a collaborative and non-judgmental environment in the therapeutic relationship through humor, empathy, and validation. Dr. Frankfort enjoys working with parents and providing parent management strategies to help cultivate understanding of children’s behaviors, leading to change. She is committed to empowering children, adolescents, young adults, and their families through the use of attachment theory and empirically supported treatments tailored to each individual and their families to help them reach their goals.

Renee Moffett, LCSW, LCADC 

Renee is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She utilizes a strength-based approach to engage individuals in a journey of self-acceptance and personal growth. She integrates a variety of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Enhancement Technique, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness. 

 

She has worked in a variety of  settings including residential, intensive outpatient, and outpatient settings. She specializes in working with adults and adolescents experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, self-esteem struggles and low self-worth. Renee’s goal is to provide clients with an open, safe, and nonjudgmental environment to explore and evolve throughout each session.

Courtney Karagjozi, LAC

Courtney is a Licensed Associate Counselor. Courtney has experience working with adolescents and adults in both the partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient settings. Courtney has helped support clients with a wide range of presenting concerns such as anxiety, life transitions, trauma, substance use, and depression. 

 

Courtney practices a client-centered approach incorporating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and other evidence-based approaches. Courtney prioritizes creating a safe, supportive, and trusting environment where her clients feel heard and have the space to heal. She collaborates with each client to develop individualized treatment based on their own personal goals.

JuliaRose Fodali, LPC

JuliaRose is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She has experience working with children, teens, and adults in both partial hospitalization and outpatient settings. JuliaRose has supported clients and families facing a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, disordered eating, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, parenting, and relationship issues. 

 

JuliaRose utilizes a strengths-based approach and techniques grounded in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. JuliaRose aims to individualize treatment to each client by incorporating creative modalities such as expressive art, movement, and music into sessions to facilitate the healing process. She strives to create a warm, empathic, client-centered environment to foster strong therapeutic connections.

Caroline Guerrero, LAC

Caroline is a Licensed Associate Counselor. Caroline has experience working with children, adolescents and adults with a wide range of presenting concerns, such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, low self-esteem, bullying, trauma, and life stressors.

 

Caroline strives to create a safe, empathetic, and nonjudgmental environment for her clients. She uses an integrative, client-centered perspective incorporating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness and other evidenced-based approaches. She strives to create a safe space to collaboratively explore emotions and thoughts and to promote a journey of self-growth, healing and self-discovery. 

Alexa Madoff, LPC, PMH-C

Alexa is a Licensed Professional Counselor experienced working with children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of presenting concerns, including anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship concerns, medical stressors, and life transitions. As a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional, Alexa has a special interest in supporting women and families through fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum adjustments, and early parenthood. She is passionate about helping clients feel seen, supported, and empowered during these important life stages.

 

Alexa’s approach to therapy is collaborative and compassionate. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and other evidence-based techniques to meet each client’s unique needs. Alexa strives to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, deepen self-understanding, and build meaningful change.

Victoria Jonczyk, LAC

Victoria is a Licensed Associate Counselor with experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults with emotional or behavioral concerns. She emphasizes an individualized approach and enjoys using creative interventions such as play therapy and expressive arts with her clients. She is an active board member of the NJ Association for Play Therapy.

Victoria aims to create a supportive environment to foster growth and healing. She incorporates the client’s needs, values, and interests into a variety of treatment modalities. Victoria views the client from a holistic perspective and believes in the healing power of the therapeutic relationship. She enjoys utilizing humor when appropriate.

Kathryn Rose Grimes, LSW

Katie is a Licensed Social Worker with over six years of experience supporting children and adolescents navigating attention challenges, anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, and school-related stress. She works with children who may feel overwhelmed by big emotions, struggle with focus or follow-through, or place significant pressure on themselves to succeed. Katie views these challenges through a compassionate, skill-building lens, helping children develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and confidence.

 

Her approach is warm, structured, and strengths-based, blending play-based engagement with practical, evidence-informed strategies. She focuses on strengthening emotional regulation, flexibility, and organization so children can thrive both academically and socially. Katie partners closely with parents to provide thoughtful guidance and clear tools that support growth.

Charles Gravina, LAC

Charles is a Licensed Associate Counselor with experience working in outpatient and partial care settings with children and adults with a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and life transitions.

 

Charles takes a holistic approach to counseling, recognizing the importance of assessing and supporting various aspects of a client’s life during the healing process. He tailors therapy to the individual, utilizing their unique strengths to empower meaningful change. His therapeutic approach blends Adlerian theory, which focuses on social relationships and past experiences, with evidence-based treatments to help clients process their experiences and promote healing. Charles integrates creative interventions such as art, music, and other modalities-to enhance self-expression and self-awareness, encouraging introspection and personal growth.

Christine Allaire, LCSW, C-DBT

Christine is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who aims to create a safe space for adolescents, adults, and couples to find growth and healing. Christine has experience providing individual therapy to those living with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and substance use. She also has experience working with couples to rebuild a trusting relationship through active listening, co-regulation skills, and exploring emotions within a safe space.

 

Christine combines solution-focused and psychodynamic therapies in order to build new coping skills while also exploring the roots of behaviors and thought patterns. She believes in a holistic practice geared towards reconciling the body, mind, and soul. With an open mind and willingness to dig deeper, Christine strives to hold space for clients to build a toolbox of coping skills, recognize and regulate their emotions, heal and strengthen relationships, and gain a better understanding of themselves.

Rachel Rowan, LSW

Rachel is a Licensed Social Worker. with experience working with children, adolescents, teens, adults, and families who have experienced or been impacted by domestic violence and sexual violence. She has supported clients with a wide range of presenting concerns, such as anxiety, trauma, depression, emotional dysregulation, and challenges related to boundaries and self-esteem.

 

Rachel practices from a client-centered, strengths-based, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and trauma-informed perspective. This allows her to authentically meet clients where they are and honor their diverse identities and lived experiences. She integrates elements of Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, and other evidence-based techniques. I Rachel, she leads with warmth and age-appropriate humor, creating a collaborative, compassionate, and non-judgemental supportive space for clients to feel safe.

Cayla Adler, LAC

Cayla is a Licensed Associate Counselor with experience providing therapy to children, teens, and young adults. She believes that healing begins with a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where clients feel heard and understood. She promotes self-care and self-confidence, where healing can naturally unfold. Cayla believes everyone has a unique story that plays a role in better understanding themselves and their feelings.

 

As a trauma-informed clinician, she recognizes the impact of systemic, cultural, and intergenerational experiences on mental health. Her counseling style is integrative and grounded in empathy and empowerment. Cayla utilizes evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapies, and more. She has experience working with anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and mood disorders throughout the lifespan.
